All Units Include Central Air Conditioning, Balcony, CD Player, Cable TV, Hair Dryer, Iron & Board, NO LAUNDRY FACILITY(UNIT), Radio/Alarm, Safe, Stereo, TV (Living Area), Telephone, VCR, Voice Mail/Message Waiting and Full Kitchen With Bar Size Microwave, Bar Size Refrigerator, Bar Size Sink, Coffee Maker, Dishes, NO DINING TABLE & CHAIRS, Glassware, Smoke Detector, and Cutlery.

STUDIO UNIT will sleep 2 people.  The unit has 1 Queen Murphy Bed.

* PLEASE NOTE: If confirmed into a studio unit, the bedding will always be a queen-sized Murphy bed. This bedding pulls down from the wall and is more comfortable than a pull-out sofa.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

You will be confirmed in a unit at either the Suites at Polo Towers or the Villas at Polo Towers. Units are at the same property and have the same amenities. Resort amenities fee is $28.00 U.S. Dollars per unit per night. Cash or Credit is accepted.

There is also a Mandatory Security Deposit of 300.00 U.S. dollars at Check-In. Only Credit Cards accepted. 

Note:  Spend the weekend or stay the week, the suite is yours for 7 nights.  Also, there is no presentation to attend, so all your vacation time is yours to enjoy.
